The process starts with the design phase, which involves skilled CAD and CAM designers. Our design team ensures that a robust design is prepared and verified before the start of the manufacturing process. Next, we prepare a simple and efficient cutting program using latest CAD - CAM software, ensuring best possible finishing at a very feasible timeline, with minimum usage of consumables.

Next, the components are manufactured using high precision CNC Turning and Milling machines. We practice in depth inspection while production to overcome any minute dimensional differences due to tool wears. Finally the Die is assembled and ready to be fitted at the customer’s site.
