Our Founder Father Late S.K.Dey had established this small engineering manufacturing unit in the year 1972. The company was then engaged in the manufacture of Industrial Conveyor Chains and Mechanical Spares & Components for various Industries.

The company has earned AS9100D on 20 th December 2018 which supplements ISO 9001 with specific requirements tailored to meet highly regulated and standards-driven Aviation, Space & Defence sector. Our facility is now certified with ISO 9001-2015 and AS9100D which is the international equivalent to EN 9100:2018 and JISQ 9100:2016.

With more than 4 decades of Spares & Components manufacturing experience the company has ventured into manufacture of Precision Machined Components for the Aviation Industries since 2015 and is now regarded as a reliable supplier for spares and components by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited.

Our current Aviation Product portfolio consists of Airborne Critical and Semi Critical machined components required for Defence Helicopters and Fighter Jets maintained by HAL.

Our parts are being fitted in Tail Rotor Hub Assembly, Transmission Shaft Assembly, Control Panel, Hydraulic and Instrumentation sections of Cheetah and Chetak Helicopters. Precision machined components for Instrumentation and Fuel section are also being fitted in Advance Light Helicopters, Light Combat Aircraft, Sukhoi 30 and Jaguar Fighter Jets.

We have developed and indigenised the manufacturing process of a very critical “Needle Retainer” of “Spider Assembly” for “Inclined Drive Shaft” of Cheetah and Chetak Helicopters.
